Bob has spent over 35 years at the forefront of the tech industry and has been the driving force behind some of the SaaS Industry’s most well-known companies. He has seen success at a variety of companies including DocuSign (IPO), Conga (Private Equity exit), Blue Box Group (acquired by IBM), and Tier 3 (acquired by CenturyLink).
Through most of his career, Bob’s US and international leadership primarily revolved around developing and executing go-to-market strategies with hyper-growth start-ups.

Doug Rybacki is a seasoned SAAS product and engineering leader. He is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Filo.
He formerly served as the CPO and CTO at Conga, where he led a team of 100 building the leading document automation product set in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Doug was an early member of the DocuSign team where he created and led the product management function for over five years. He also led product and engineering for the electronic court filing division of LexisNexis for nine years. In his early career years, Doug was the Deputy State Court Administrator for the Texas Court System.

Dr. Amit Monga’s experience spans investment banking, venture capital, start-up and corporate governance, in the technology, media, telecom, and life sciences sectors. Over the past two decades, he has worked with the boards and management teams of some of Canada’s largest high-profile public and private companies, assisting them with equity and debt financings, and M&A. An active angel investor and limited partner in venture funds, Dr. Monga has appeared numerous times on Bloomberg BNN and CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation). He has authored op-eds on the topics of private equity, venture capital, entrepreneurship, activist shareholders and technology commercialization. He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Alberta, where his research focused on solving complex reliability-based design problems using genetic algorithms. His research has been published in top peer reviewed academic journals.

David Posen is a senior finance professional with over 30 years of experience as a business leader and entrepreneur. He is currently the co-founder of TriFi Capital Solutions, a company which provides innovative financing solutions to companies in Latin America. Prior to founding TriFi Capital, David was Global Head of Emerging Markets Fixed Income Sales at Deutsche Bank. His scope of responsibilities included client coverage and management of the institutional sales teams in the US, Europe, Latin America and CEEMEA regions. In addition to his role within the Emerging Markets business, David also served on the Bank’s ICG (Institutional Coverage Group) Global Executive Committee. Prior to joining DB, David was Head of Emerging Markets sales for Bankers Trust, in the Latin American Merchant Bank group. Before Bankers Trust, he spent 11 years at Lehman Brothers, where he was a Senior Vice President and the Head of Equity Derivatives Sales. David attended Duke University where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He was an original member of the Duke Financial Economics Steering Committee from 2011-2016.
