Bob has spent over 35 years at the forefront of the tech industry and has been the driving force behind some of the SaaS Industry’s most well-known companies. He has seen success at a variety of companies including DocuSign (IPO), Conga (Private Equity exit), Blue Box Group (acquired by IBM), and Tier 3 (acquired by CenturyLink).
Through most of his career, Bob’s US and international leadership primarily revolved around developing and executing go-to-market strategies with hyper-growth start-ups.

Doug Rybacki is a seasoned SAAS product and engineering leader. He is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Filo.
He formerly served as the CPO and CTO at Conga, where he led a team of 100 building the leading document automation product set in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Doug was an early member of the DocuSign team where he created and led the product management function for over five years. He also led product and engineering for the electronic court filing division of LexisNexis for nine years. In his early career years, Doug was the Deputy State Court Administrator for the Texas Court System.

Rehber Lookman is a senior investment/venture professional and current Founder and Managing Partner at 6SV. He has over 25 years of blended experience across Technology, Operations, and Venture Capital in the North American, European and South Asian markets.
Prior to 6SV, Rehber was a senior investor heading up early-stage tech investments for Nauta Capital (EU 500m AUM) in London, UK across B2B Enterprise, AI and FinTech practices. Rehber’s experience also includes key senior positions at Kreos Capital (EU$2bn Growth Debt – London), 8Great Technologies (Emerging Tech, London, UK), and Northwater Capital, a US$500m AUM Intellectual Property Fund for Deep Technology based out of Toronto.
Rehber started his career as an engineer in the hi-tech space leading design, new product development, operations and corporate venture for 10 years in the HF/Optical Communication group at Maxim Integrated Products.
He holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science (Biomedical and Electrical Engineering) from the University of Toronto.

Dr. Amit Monga’s experience spans investment banking, venture capital, start-up and corporate governance, in the technology, media, telecom, and life sciences sectors. Over the past two decades, he has worked with the boards and management teams of some of Canada’s largest high-profile public and private companies, assisting them with equity and debt financings, and M&A. An active angel investor and limited partner in venture funds, Dr. Monga has appeared numerous times on Bloomberg BNN and CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation). He has authored op-eds on the topics of private equity, venture capital, entrepreneurship, activist shareholders and technology commercialization. He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Alberta, where his research focused on solving complex reliability-based design problems using genetic algorithms. His research has been published in top peer reviewed academic journals.
