The Future of Work
20 years ago, working from home was a novel idea. Digitization and globalization have sparked huge shifts in how we live and work. Over
half of U.S. employees (56%; 75 million workers) now hold jobs and have responsibilities that could be performed, at least in part, from home. The future of work is NOW.
COVID-19 has dramatically changed or at least accelerated work dynamics. Increasingly flexible workplaces and work schedules coupled with digitization will increase both resource optimization and sustainable efficiency.
